Subject: Onward House

Dear Alderman Maldonado,

I am a resident of the 26th ward and I live near Onward House. I became aware of a potential change to the property of Onward House located at Leavitt and Ohio. I am in support of maintaining the existing zoning and density in the neighborhood. Should a developer seek a zoning change, I would oppose it and I would encourage you to oppose it as well. Please inform the community about the status of this property and solicit input from residents.

Thanks for your consideration.
